The indoor individual storage units can accommodate up to 50′ for campers and RVs.
The outdoor spaces can accommodate all sizes with ample space to maneuver.
RV and Camper Restrictions
Most often, HOA’s, housing developments, subdivisions and communities will not allow for driveway, street parking or lawn parking of campers and RVs for safety, security and visibility purposes.
Cities and towns often have an ordinance against overnight street parking and public parking lots as well.
Creating the Outdoor Parking
When initially creating the outdoor lot, our new clients and those less experienced voiced annoyance and stress of parking at campgrounds, driving hazards and turning corners.
As a result of listening to their concerns and difficulties, a gracious move was made on the part of upper management to redesign the lot to an extreme angle for the ease of wide open spaces, parking and maneuverability.
Covers and Tarps
The use of covers and tarps can be a good idea to protect your camper and RVs paint from bird droppings, to keep out the sun’s UV rays and damaging effects of UV Rays causing dry rot and the rubber seals deterioration and winters snow and ice or possibly hail damage.
The covers and tarps can become problematic if not checked routinely, especially after a storm or windy day with winter’s harsh elements.
Routine checks for broken zippers, elastic band for rot or stretch, broken hooks, flapping in the wind or aging and torn material. Efforts to avoid damage to your property and others parked next to yours is very beneficial.
